Terms of service
Terms for purchasing and using Wood Solutions cabinetmaking software.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of software and services offered by Wood Solutions through www.woodsolutions.com. By purchasing or using our paid software, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Wood Solutions provides desktop software for cabinetmakers and woodworking shops. Support and licensing questions: sales@woodsolutions.com.
2. Purchases and Merchant of Record
Paid software is sold through Creem.io, our Merchant of Record (“MoR”). When you checkout, Creem.io is the legal seller of record for that transaction — including payment processing, applicable sales tax or VAT, and compliant receipts.
Wood Solutions develops the software; Creem.io handles the commercial transaction. Payment card details are processed by Creem.io and are not stored on Wood Solutions servers.
3. License — not ownership
When you purchase a license, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software according to the activation limits shown at checkout (typically one or two devices per license unless otherwise agreed in writing).
You do not receive ownership of the software. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the software or license keys is not permitted unless explicitly authorized.
4. Free trial
Where offered (for example, DoorCut), a time-limited trial lets you evaluate full features before purchase. Trial terms are shown in the product. We encourage you to complete a trial on real shop work before buying.
5. Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise on the product page at the time of purchase, all sales are final. Because paid products include a full-feature trial period, refunds are generally not offered after purchase. Chargebacks and refund requests for Creem.io orders are handled under Creem.io’s policies as Merchant of Record.
6. Support
Email sales@woodsolutions.com for licensing, activation, and product support. We aim to respond to shop owners and purchasers in a practical, timely way.
7. Disclaimer
Software is provided “as is” for professional shop use. Wood Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including material waste, machine time, or lost profits — though we work hard to make the tools accurate and dependable for real cut lists and layout work.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
