DoorCut 3.0 releases soon. The 14-day trial installer and Creem.io checkout will open when our Merchant of Record verification completes. Until then, explore the product details and help guide below, or email sales@woodsolutions.com for launch updates.

Releasing soon

Version 3.0

Standalone Windows software for cabinet door layout, joinery math, cut lists, and shop production — built for cabinetmakers who work in fractions and real machining allowances.

DoorCut — cabinet door layout and cut list screen

What DoorCut does

DoorCut calculates every part in a typical cabinet door — stiles, rails, panels, and muntins — with full control over machining allowances and panel placement within each style. Originally developed in Borland Delphi and now modernized in C#.

Door styles & sizing

Standard raised-panel, glass, and arched styles with definable stile, rail, and muntin widths. Custom panel placement lets you get new looks from the same base style.

Joinery math

Cope-and-stick and mortise-and-tenon modes with tenon and panel inset allowances calculated into every rail, stile, and muntin length.

Cut lists

Production-ready part lists for the table saw and CNC — quantities, dimensions, and material assignments in one job.

Materials library

Assign sheet goods and solid stock to frame and panel parts. Save your shop’s common materials for repeat jobs.

Label printing

Print labels for the shop floor so parts stay tied to the right door and opening through machining and assembly.

Sheet Logic (shared line)

Solid-wood and sheet-goods optimizers are rolling out through Sheet Logic — the same engine planned for DrawerCut and CabinetLogic.

Standalone software — not a subscription

DoorCut is a one-time purchase. You install it on your Windows PC, keep the license, and run your door jobs without a monthly bill or cloud dependency. Your cut lists and job files stay on your machine.

The introductory price of $299 (regularly $350) reflects our first public release — we’d rather get DoorCut into real shops and earn your feedback than optimize for list price on day one.

14-day free trial: Download DoorCut and use every feature for two weeks before you pay. Run actual door jobs, check joinery math against your shop standards, and confirm the cut lists work for you.

Checkout & licensing: Purchases are processed through Creem.io, our Merchant of Record. Creem.io handles secure checkout (card and other payment methods), sales tax where required, and emails your license key and receipt automatically. Wood Solutions stays focused on the software; Creem.io handles the transaction side. All sales are final — no refunds. That is why we offer a 14-day full trial before you buy.

System requirements: Windows 10 or later, 64-bit. Installer includes the application, built-in help, and default data folders.

Learn more — DoorCut Help

The same user guide built into the app is on the web: door setup, joinery modes, machining allowances, cut lists, materials library, and optimization topics. Read before you buy or keep it open while you work through the trial.
